Call for proposals – IASFM 20th Conference: Forced Displacement in an Urbanizing World
The International Association for the Study of Forced Migration (IASFM) Program Committee invites researchers, individuals with lived experiences related to (forced) migration, policymakers, and practitioners working with (forced) migrants to submit proposals for panels, papers, posters, and creative works for the upcoming IASFM20 conference: Forced Displacement in an Urbanizing World.
The IASFM20 conference will be hosted in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on 21-23 January 2025 by the Resilience Development Initiative – Urban Refugees Research Group (RDI UREF) in collaboration with the Department of Anthropology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Two workshops for young researchers will be offered as a pre-conference program on 20 January 2025.
The abstract submission deadline is May 31, 2024. Please note that there will be no extension of the deadline.
