
The Women’s Earth Alliance Grassroots Accelerator Indonesia is a four-month leadership program tailored to support Indonesian women leaders. The program aims to enhance participants’ skills, knowledge, tools, and networks to amplify the impact of environmental and climate initiatives.
Participant Eligibility
We seek women environmental leaders who:
- Work in critical ecosystems such as peatlands, mangrove forests, national parks, conservation areas, nature reserves, etc.
- Are active in non-profit leadership, grassroots advocacy, business, community empowerment, or movement building with a focus on the environment and climate.
- Implement or plan to implement economic empowerment and/or entrepreneurship projects or initiatives.
- Are committed to enhancing personal capacity to expand the impact of their initiatives.
- Are interested in engaging with people from diverse cultures, religions, traditions, and beliefs.
