• Age: Founders aged 18-35 (according to their national definition of youth)
• Background: Applicants from underrepresented communities or projects serving marginalized communities
• Citizenship: Eligible countries in the Asia-Pacific region
• Stage: Projects must be at least at the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage
• Commitment: Dedication to addressing challenges faced by marginalized communities
