    About the job

    Scope of Work:

    • Create and update production schedule and manpower planning regularly to project team and Management
    • Task management for workshop and site personnels (who doing what, where, and when)
    • Coordinate with Project Team for logistics (loading/unloading) as well as receiving/delivery of goods
    • Responsible for all materials and tools at Workshop (components, installation materials, etc.)
    • Create and implement SOP for works, logistics, QC, and HSE in Workshop
    • Submit weekly report to Management
    • Coordinate with GA and IT to maintain Workshop facility
    • Manage budget within Workshop Operation
    • Manage cost center/timesheet for workshop personnel utilization

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager
    • Experience in managing team consist of 5+ team members is a must
    • Strong in administrative work
    • Experience in managing production/assembly line

    Plus Point if you:

    • UnderExperienced in Eplan
    • Experienced in PLC and/or PV

    Preferred trait:

    • Great attention to detail.
    • Multitasking, fast learner, and high curiosity.
    • Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive.
    • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    • Able to work under pressure.
