    Responsibilities:

    Job description:

    • Support one or more aspects of Leadership Development and Scholarship (LDS) program management, including but not limited to: a. Assisting with university partnerships, including managing MoUs/contracts and coordinating partnership discussions. b. Overseeing scholarship cohort management activities such as recruitment, data management, disbursement of financial and non-financial benefits, and monitoring scholars’ well-being. c. Collaborating with partners to implement leadership development programs, covering Lead Self, Lead Others, and Professional Preparation initiatives. d. Coordinating experiential learning activities, such as scholars’ association initiatives and gatherings. e. Facilitating industry networking as well as alumni database and engagement through events, including alumni gatherings and networking sessions. f. Supporting Fellowship program operations, including cohort management and assistance with learning journeys.
    • Provide insights and contribute to the ongoing improvement and innovation of processes and initiatives within the LDS department.
    • Support the development of evidence-based knowledge products by documenting best practices and lessons learned from LDS programs.
    • Enhance team capacity and capability through a flexible and adaptive approach, ensuring effective support for ongoing initiatives within the LDS department.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for education, leadership development, and building networks of impact.
    • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social sciences, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, education/scholarship administration, leadership development, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with various organization partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data management and reporting, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and adaptive environment, with a strong interpersonal skill and the ability to support team development and foster collaboration.
