    About the Role

    This role will offer leading a project implementation solution, based on ESRI products and associated IT technologies.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Verify a solution design to be implemented in customer, related to application.
    • Manage and daily monitor project team, to deliver project meet target Utilization, project Overrun and Competency
    • Manage who will be involved in a project, so that the solution can be implemented properly.
    • Ensure the project can be delivered properly and recognized to the revenue.
    • Act as a trusted intermediary, facilitating discussions with key stakeholders, customers, management, and other cross-functional team members to keeping project running well
    • Lead the planning and implementation of training-related projects to successful completion.
    • Working with team leads to understand department processes, workflows, and business directives.
    • Clearly communicate workflows, goals, and direction to the project team
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones, and deliverables
    • Plan and schedule project timelines; communicate status, risks, and issues on an ongoing basis.
    • Develop project lesson learn and PIR for each of the delivered projects.
    • Act as a trusted intermediary, facilitating discussions with key stakeholders, customers, management, and other cross-functional team members.
    • Develop and foster a creative and collaborative team environment.
    • Maintain a high-level understanding of Esri corporate strategies and software development and product trends

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in leading a project implementation in a fast-paced environment while ensured the project delivered properly and recognized to the revenue.

    To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

    • 1+ years in a customer-facing environment
    • Demonstrated experience guiding teams through successful project execution in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • An innate ability to be flexible and adapt to organizational changes
    • Superb communication and presentation skills
    • Bachelors in business, education, planning, science, or related field, depending on position level
    • More recommended completed Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
    • Understanding of Esri software
    • Experience in education/training, software development, or technical environment
