Mill Department Head

Indika Nature (member of Indika Energy Group) located in South Jakarta, is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to fill positions: Mill Department Head

Job Responsibility:

• Creating frameworks to measure the mill operation and project’s metrics and data collection/processing
• Excellent project management and construction supervision skills
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those test
• Ensuring the project and operation compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 Years of working experience in wood pellet industries or related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in engineering design, mill operation, project management.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, problem solving and communication skills
