Description

Lead Technician main work is to perform day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities to support electricity generation and to produce geothermal steam from Gunung Salak Geothermal Field in safe, reliable, and efficient manner according to business plan.

Main job responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance of mechanical equipment at Salak geothermal steam production facilities and steam power plant facilities safely, reliably and efficiently
• identifies and mitigates all hazards, risks and consequences in maintaining mechanical equipment including compliance with related industrial standards, regulations, policies and procedures.
• complies with all Company and Government SHE standards, SOP, rules, safety guidelines / procedures, and ensures that all relevant work procedures are kept updated and followed.
• implements good business conduct for mechanical maintenance process.
• Performs maintenance activities, such as PM and Corrective maintenance.
• Supports Plant Reliability and Integrity Program (PRIP) metrics performance fulfilment for mechanical maintenance team.
• Performs maintenance activities refer to Maintenance and Repair Procedures
• Prepares required materials to support mechanical maintenance activities.
• Analyzes troubleshooting on mechanical equipment problem.
• Supervises business partner in performing mechanical maintenance activities.
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by leader.

General requirements:

• D3 Mechanical Engineering and have experience in mechanical (stationary equipment) maintenance.
• Having 5 years experience in mechanical (stationary equipment) maintenance and construction, mining, or energy industry.
• Preferably domiciled in Sukabumi and Bogor Regency and speak sundaneesse.
• Have the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
