Job Description :
1. Supervising and performing site surveys and assessments report conducted for preliminary design and bill of quantity development.
2. Reviewing detailed engineering designs (DED) for preliminary design, reviewing equipment/material sizing calculation, reviewing technical bidding documents, reviewing equipment datasheet and reviewing bill of quantity based on customer/system requirement.
3. Coordinating with sales to provide necessary design drawings and documentation for tender submissions.
4. Supervising and Reviewing the development and improvement of tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the preliminary phase to ensure the highest level of efficiency and accuracy.
5. Supervising and reviewing engineer activities to address the risks and opportunities for the ongoing bidding process.
6. Coordinating with sales to arrange the schedule and load work of Preliminary Design Engineer.
7. Conduct discussion with sales regarding the strategy to win the project.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Having a minimum 5 years experience.
3. Having a minimum 5 years experience in the EPC industry, especially in the tendering stage.
4. Having experience in leading an engineering team.
5. Having the ability to handle multiple projects with a tight schedule.
6. Proficient in Ms. Office & Google Sheet.
7. Professional Proficiency in English.
8. Having experience in Solar PV projects (minimum 2 years)
9. Familiar with PVSyst & Helioscope (minimum 2 years)
