Head of Operations

Indika Nature (member of Indika Energy Group) located in South Jakarta, is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to fill positions : Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that business operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes to improve performance
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to define the company’s long-term vision and operational strategy
• Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans
• Ensure all departments meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
• Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to achieve operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior operational managers and their teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvemen
• Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability
• Analyze financial reports to make data-driven operational decisions
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards
• Ensure the organization delivers high-quality products or services to meet customer expectations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Forestry, Agriculture, or equivalen. MBA or a master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 9-10 years experience as Head of Operations or Operations Management in related industries
• Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent leadership, operational expertise, financial acumen, strategic thinking skills
