Government Relations Coordinator

    General requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Political Science, Law, Public Policy, Education, or a related field. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in government relations or stakeholder relations.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Strong skills in analyzing and mapping stakeholders related to education issues, particularly in the government sector.
    • A solid understanding of the Indonesian education landscape, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the Indonesian government structure, policies, and regulatory frameworks, especially those pertaining to education.
    • Established connections with stakeholders in ministries responsible for education affairs are a plus.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and lobbying skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to government stakeholders.

    Role:

    • Maintain strong government relations with key stakeholders relevant to the TF program and TF’s advocacy goals through regular planned contact.
    • Manage and monitor CRM implementation, extract data to provide insight, and recommend stakeholder engagement strategies.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments in TF about government relations, especially in strategic-level engagement.
    • Correspond with government stakeholders.
    • Handle MoU and PKS between TF and government stakeholders.
    • Actively participate in stakeholders’ events to maintain strong working relationships.
    • Influence government policy or regulation related to advocacy goals.
    • Align with the Regional PA program to advocate advocacy goals in the region.
    • Monitor changes in personnel, policy, or important events at assigned stakeholders.
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
