GIS Education Specialist (Partnerships and Programs)

About the Role

This role will involve various tasks and responsibilities aimed creating new programs and maintaining partnerships related to GIS education.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Partnership and Stakeholder Management

• a. Build and manage partnerships with programme partners aiming at fostering long-term relationships that are aligned with the company’s goals and mission and creating new demand and sales potential for the company.
• b. Maintain engagement with programme partners and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent and timely communications and transfer of information.
• c. Conduct reviews with programme partners to evaluate programme’s effectiveness, celebrate key wins, and identify areas for improvement.

2. Programme Life Cycle Management

• a. Develop annual programme plans in coordination with programme partners and/or internal stakeholders.
• b. Execute and manage programmes across the whole life cycle (initiation, preparation, execution, closure, and evaluation) and monitor programme outcomes.
• c. Create and organise content, tools, documents, and resources in support of programme execution, including but not limited to learning plans and modules, presentation slides, digital forms, surveys, programme worksheets, guidelines, FAQs, terms and conditions, etc.
• d. Facilitate engagement and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• e. Measure, track, and evaluate programmes’ effectiveness and impacts by gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.

3. Community Outreach and Engagement

• a. Co-organise events, activities, and campaigns with programme partners as well as internal stakeholders and resources, aiming at creating engagement and increasing awareness of the programmes as part of the programme delivery.
• b. Collaborate with the Marketing Team and relevant internal stakeholders to promote the programmes to intended target audience.

4. Programme Operations and Improvement

• a. Co-administer and co-manage an internal web GIS system for use to support programme execution.
• b. Maintain records and database of contacts in the company’s CRM system. c. Assist the Programme Lead in continuously improving the Industry Enablement Programme’s strategy and plan for impactful and efficient implementation.

About You

We are seeking a potential GIS Education Specialist with a huge potential of improving the engagement and partnerships of Esri Indonesia to the communities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in managing an event and stakeholder partnership.

To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Geography, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in programme or project management, stakeholder management, campaign management, event organisation, and community engagement.
• Has technical familiarity with ArcGIS technology. Working experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good interpersonal, public speaking, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
