Electrical Engineer

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing electrical components into devices. They will also help design and manufacture electrical products of all shapes and sizes.

    Responsibilities

    1. Lead the design and development for electrical and electro-mechanical components.

    2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project timelines and budgets.

    3. Coordinate and prioritize R&D activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    4. Provide guidance and support to team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

    5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

    6. Oversee the creation of detailed design concepts, drawings, and specifications.

    7. Able to understand and communicate with vendors on firmware and software products.

    8. Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess design concepts and solutions.

    9. Lead the prototyping of products.

    10. Lead the testing and oversee validation and testing.

    11. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

    12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate electrical systems into overall product designs.

    13. Communicate project status, technical updates, and risks to stakeholders and management.

    14. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and creative problem-solving.

    15. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

    16. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments.

    17. Drive technical innovation and contribute to the development of intellectual property.

    Qualifications

    1. Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    2. Have minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on research and development.

    3. Strong technical proficiency in electrical design and engineering principles.

    4. Excellent project management and leadership skills.

    5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    8. Ability to work in an office setting and occasionally in laboratory or prototype fabrication environments.

    9. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
