    Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems and components from concept to production.
    • Coordinate and prioritize R&D activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to develop and analyze mechanical designs.
    • Conduct studies and technical evaluations to assess design concepts, solutions and specifications.
    • Lead the fabrication and testing of prototypes, and oversee validation and testing activities.
    • Analyze test results and feedback to refine designs and address technical challenges.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments.

    Qualifications

    • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Have minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle engineering, with a focus on research and development.
    • Strong technical proficiency in mechanical design and engineering principles.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools.
    • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work in an office setting and occasionally in laboratory or prototype fabrication environments.
    • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
