As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be a skilled creative storyteller and content creator with a proven ability to craft engaging content that resonates across digital channels. Partnering with our creative team, you will:
- Lead and manage the digital media team, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality output, driving team performance and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Develop and implement Tanoto Foundation’s comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring effective amplification of key messages across all relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to expand content reach, including paid amplification campaigns, leveraging staff engagement, and mobilizing community support.
- Oversee all aspects of the Foundation’s social media presence, encompassing content creation, publishing, community engagement, and social advertising, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with and manage Digital Media Specialists, fostering a cohesive team that delivers consistent messaging and optimized content across all channels.
- Partner with the Newsroom Team to facilitate seamless content collaboration, leverage journalistic expertise, and utilize data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead the ideation and creation of engaging and shareable content for all digital platforms, including the website, blog, email campaigns, and more, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for all content uploaded across Tanoto Foundation’s digital assets, maintaining brand consistency and upholding professional standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital content on a regular basis, utilizing data to identify key insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
- Manage the digital media budget efficiently, optimizing resource allocation for all channels.
- Stay updated with current trends in which to understand the evolving communication landscape and translate business goals into engaging content opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in leading teams, content development, and marketing processes within a digital agency or corporate environment.
- Has proven track records of project management skills, effectively leading and motivating teams, overseeing content production, and consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Is detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, enabling effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates familiarity with a range of analytics dashboards, including Meta, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms, to effectively track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, extracting key insights and identifying areas for optimization.
- Is numbers-oriented, with the ability to effectively read, analyze, and interpret substantial amounts of data to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Is a self-starter, agile, and easily adaptable to different environments, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
