Creative Design Intern

    Working closely with members of People & Culture team, the intern will help to implement and support projects and activities to create an optimal working environment in which staff are able to perform at the highest level and hence are able to maximise their contribution towards WWF-Indonesia’s conservation goals. This includes working with WWF-Indonesia staff and supporting our internal communication that plays a crucial role in strengthening organizational culture, fostering collaboration, and supporting change management within WWF-Indonesia. Visual storytelling, creative content, and engaging communication materials help ensure that WWF-Indonesia staff are aligned, informed, and motivated to embrace the organization’s mission and transformation efforts.

    WWF-Indonesia is seeking a Creative Design Intern specializing in Internal Communication to support the development of visual and digital content that enhances staff engagement, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of new initiatives.

    Creative Design Intern will work with the People & Culture Team in:

    • Designing internal communication contents, such as internal newsletters, posters, reports, emails, presentations, and videos that align with WWF’s brand identity.
    • Contribute creative ideas to enhance engaging internal contents.
    • Ensure all designs follow WWF’s branding guidelines while exploring creative ways to enhance engagement.
    • Stay updated with design trends to create fresh and innovative visual concepts.
    • Attend meetings and record minutes as required.
    • Works closely and on a regular basis coordinating with P&C Team and all other supporting team/s (if needed)
    • Interact with the Communication & other teams to develop creative solutions for engaging content and/or conservation storytelling.
    • Performs other related duties as needed to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the team.

    Required Qualification & Skills

    • Fresh graduate/ pursuing a graduate program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related fields. Those studying outside these areas are still highly encouraged to apply.
    • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of video editing and content creating through Brand Guidelines.
    • Have exposures and experience in Human Resources is a plus.
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office, Canva, and other tools/applications is a must.
    • Fluency in English is preferable
    • Strong written, verbal communication, and copywriting skills
    • Attention to detail, Organized and self-motivated
    • A Self-starter, able to work remotely, and independent
    • Proactive, able to take initiative, and work collaboratively as a team member
