About the job
Scope of Work:
- Maintain and develop a relationship with existing and prospective customer and stakeholder
- Identify customer needs / requirements and translate it into scope of service and methodology
- Develop sales/bidding strategy in terms of pricing, cooperation, outsourcing, etc
- Develop technical and commercial proposal with the team
- Offer and present the technical and commercial proposal to the customer
- Follow-up the proposal to receive the project/contract award
- Develop or review a consulting services contract in technical and commercial aspect
- Handover the awarded contract to engineering or project team
- Support finance team if any issue regarding payment collection
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably with strong background in Power/Electrical
- Min. 5 years experience with 3 years experience in sales/business development/proposal engineer role in engineering or consulting company for electrical or power plant project
- Experienced in handling customer for commercial purposes
- Able to handle multiple customer simultaneously
- Able to handle multiple pipeline simultaneously
- Willing to work and meeting out of office hour
- Software mastery: Microsoft office suite (Excel, Power point, Word)
- Good command in English
Plus Point if you:
- Have strong network with private IPPs / PLN & its subsidiaries
- English Certificate (TOEFL >550) or equal
Preferred trait:
- Good communication, planning and time management skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive
- Target oriented
