    About The Challenge

    As a Body Plastic QC Part Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our two-wheeler components meet top-quality standards. Working closely with suppliers, you’ll evaluate and inspect parts from the early trial phase (T0) all the way to mass production, making sure everything aligns with our quality expectations.

    Beyond inspections, you’ll also dive into problem-solving—investigating any quality issues during development and ensuring smooth production. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy collaborating with different teams, and love making things better, this role is a great opportunity to make a real impact for 2W EV industry!

    Is this you?

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or abroad, with a strong interest in electric motorcycles
    • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Part Quality (PQ) for two-wheelers
    • Have a sharp eye for process improvement and can effectively monitor execution
    • Thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and learn from uncertainties
    • Always eager to learn, improve, and push boundaries
    • Proficient in spoken and written English
    • Willing to work on-site at MAKA Cikarang Office and available to join immediately

    What a day at work for you will look like

    • Create evaluation and inspection plans for our two-wheeler component suppliers, covering both the development and regular production phases
    • Work closely with the R&D team to ensure that all components meet our established quality standards
    • Assess supplier processes, both through documentation and on-site inspections, to verify compliance with the agreed quality standards
    • Inspect parts from suppliers based on the technical drawings provided, ensuring they meet specifications
    • Oversee supplier production processes to ensure they consistently meet company standards
    • Track component development progress, document any issues found during inspections, and escalate abnormal findings to the appropriate teams
    • Carry out assigned tasks while ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed effectively
