Accounting and Finance Administrator

    TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for refinement into biofuel. We bulk, store, blend, and deliver these volumes to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.

    We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Administrator with details below

    Responsibilities :

    • Assist and organize branch’ day-to-day finance and accounting procedures, include coach and monitor branch’s daily issue.
    • Review daily branch’s funding request, transaction and balance.
    • Obtain and review branch’s weekly and monthly closing set (Cash on Hand, Stock Opname, List of DP, etc).
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, include documented and record invoices.
    • Perform monthly reconciliation for account, include identify and address account discrepancies.
    • Ensure branch’s transactions to be paid by Head Office is correct and supported by proper documentation and approval.
    • Assist to follow up required tax documentation on branch’s-related transactions.
    • Collect necessary supporting docs for each payment and archived in accounting records.
    • Prepare journal of cash & bank in accounting system.
    • Review payment of levy & duty.
    • Assist Accounting Manager to recap branch’s weekly & monthly report.

    Qualifications :

    • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of work experience
    • Proven work experience as an Accounting and Finance Administrator, have background in startup company is prioritized.
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software, Oracle NetSuite software is a plus.
    • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and having tax basic knowledge.
    • An analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Willing to 100% WFO (SCBD, South Jakarta)
