About The Challenges
As our Human Capital Business Partner, you’ll be the engine behind our sales force’s success. From welcoming new rockstars to ensuring smooth transitions, you’ll own the entire employee lifecycle for our Sales Coordinators, Counters, and Salesmen. Think: snagging top talent, crafting killer onboarding experiences, managing contracts with finesse, and keeping our HR data sparkling clean. You’ll also play a key role in offboarding, making sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, you’ll be a vital support system for our Head of Human Capital, tackling exciting administrative projects. What Your Day To Day Would Look Like
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles (Sales Coordinator, Sales Counter, Salesman), from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Administer employment contracts, including the creation of new hire contracts and the management of contract renewals for existing branch employees
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials to ensure a seamless first-day experience for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and internal databases for the sales workforce, including tracking employee movements
- Oversee the branch offboarding process, including managing administrative tasks related to dealer performance
- Prepare and process documentation for employee transfers (mutations, promotions) within MAKA Motors
- Manage the monthly attendance records for MAKA sales personnel
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Human Capital as required
Is this you?
- Minimum of one year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the retail industry, with a focus on blue-collar roles
- A minimum of a Diploma degree in any discipline from an accredited university. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply!
- Demonstrated proficiency in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques and Boolean search methodologies
- Excellent adaptability, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment characterized by frequent change
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in Dukuh Atas, Jakarta and availability to commence employment immediately
