However, to be effective, consultant engagement should be complemented by internal capacity building.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23814ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23814ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEstablishing internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) can facilitate collaboration and ensure that fundraising efforts are not entirely dependent on external help. By creating interactive and feedback-rich processes, NGOs can take ownership of the consultant\u2019s contributions, integrating them into the organization\u2019s broader strategy.
