Bachelor\u2019s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field.<\/li>\n
5\u20137 years of experience in environmental management within a manufacturing environment, focusing on legal compliance, risk management, and adherence to company standards.<\/li>\n
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership, management, or supervisory role.<\/li>\n
Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities (if applicable).<\/li>\n
Pursuing or possessing relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE, etc.).<\/li>\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n
Ability to influence behaviors and outcomes without direct authority.<\/li>\n
