Your work will directly contribute to creating a strong ecosystem where job seekers and employers thrive.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Build Employer Partnerships<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, research, and approach potential employer partners who align with our mission.<\/li>\n<li>Present our program, influence decision-makers, and onboard them into the Wadhwani Skilling Network.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure employers see the value of hiring our graduates and actively participate in the ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Own the Partnership Funnel<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the entire partnership process, from initial outreach to signing agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify potential partners to ensure they\u2019re the right fit for our mission and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Drive Impact<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work towards KPIs that measure the success of partnerships and the placement of graduates.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Learner Success Team to ensure smooth handover post-agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leverage Data and Tools<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Use CRM tools, project management apps, and data dashboards to track progress and create insightful reports.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve processes to make partnership development more efficient and effective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"tvm-operation__underline\"><strong>Education and Qualifications: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A fresh graduate or early-career professional (up to 2 years of experience) with a strong internship background from respectable universities in Indonesia or abroad.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets.<\/li>\n<li>A natural problem-solver who enjoys offering solutions and building relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Representable, organized, and skilled in project management.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using technology and productivity tools (CRM, project management apps, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, accountable, and mission-driven environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Wadhwani Foundation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wadhwani Foundation is a high growth, not-for-profit tech organization dedicated to social good.
