This is a key deliverable to build investor confidence in the structured finance instrument that is being funded by the Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD) Origination Facility.<\/p>\n<p>To produce a final product, the consultant will support reviewing, clarifying, and updating Forest Carbon\u2019s business plan and underlying strategy. Significant work has already been done to date, but an investor-ready product needs to be generated to support the DFCD origination process.<\/p>\n<p>FC management kicked off a vision and strategic review process in December 2024; however, we need to increase the granularity of our Horizon 1 and 2 growth strategy for execution over the next 18-24 months. This is foundational for establishing our capitalization strategy, go-to-market for new projects, roles &amp; responsibilities, and associated OKRs.<\/p>\n<p>See the final section for an overview of our vision and horizons of growth.
